Drive Sprocket Retention Nut for Rotax Max Kart Engines. This nut holds the engine drive sprocket in place on the clutch assembly for Rotax Max Evo kart engines.
Each nut is gold anodized for hardness and durability, and is M 28 in size, by 4.6mm in height.
All drive sprockets sold at Point Karting come with part (8) as well as part (6).
Having a spare nut in your toolbox is not a bad idea, as these nuts are deceptively thin and easy to lose, or if they come loose can do quite a bit of damage to the internals of the clutch, and need replacement.
