Returns & Refunds

At Point Karting, we understand that issues with shipments and purchasing can happen. With this understanding, we also outline our return and Refund policies:

RETURN POLICY:

To complete your return, we first require a receipt or proof of purchase. Therefore, returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a note.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, to begin the file for a return, email us at: pointkarting@gmail.com. Upon shipment to the designated address to process your return (we will give you this address and a packing slip), all returns are subject to a 20% (of retail value) restocking fee for errors not made on the part of Point Karting.

The purchaser (you) will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, if a refund is issued, shipping costs will not be included in this refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, point karting recommends using a trackable shipping service or even purchasing shipping insurance. Point Karting does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items that are demonstrated to be opened, significantly used, or altered from manufacture packaging and condition will not be accepted. All products with packaging included in initial sale must also be returned with packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This 30-day period is defined as a 30-day period from date and time of purchase (note: not date of order arrival), no refunds will be accepted.

Point Karting will not at any time accept the return of hazardous materials, or the following goods: Perishables, print media, or flammable liquids such as oils, combustibles, or solvents. If you are unsure if your product you wish to return may be exempt from a return, contact us promptly.

Additionally, Point Karting will not refund the following: 
Gift Cards, Downloadable / Digital Products

REFUND POLICY:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, upon confirmation that item meets the return policy requirements. If for any of the outlined reasons above your return does not qualify for refund, this will also be notified to you.

If you have been promised/issued a refund by Point Karting, please allow 2-3 business days for the transaction to process through payment providers, banks, etc. Upon the end of this period, if payment is not received, please contact us at: pointkarting@gmail.com.

SALE ITEM POLICY:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Point Karting will only orchestrate an exchange for a purchased product if the product is found to be damaged or defective. For product feedback, please email us at: pointkarting@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
