Clutch Mount Washer - Hilliard / Max Torque

Mounting washer for the Hilliard Inferno and Max Torque clutches. Each washer is 5/16" x 1 1/8" x 1 /8" thick. These washers are designed to secure the clutch assembly onto the crankshaft with use of a 5/16" hex bolt.

Overview

Use this washer with clutches that have an 'overhang' of 1/16 - 1/8" beyond the end of the crankshaft. Oversized for the crankshaft, these washers secure the clutch assembly in place to prevent excessive clutch float. Both the Hilliard Inferno line of clutches and the Max Torque line can utilize this retention washer.

Point Karting recommends utilizing red or blue Loctite to secure the mounting bolt to prevent the clutch from coming loose during kart operation.
