11 | Crankcase Dowell Rod

Dowell Rod for Crankcase components for the Rotax Max Evo line of kart engines. This dowell rod, also known as a Locating Pin helps keep the Rotax crankcases aligned well with each other when installing gaskets and during operation of the engine.

Each dowell rod is M6 in size, and 40mm in length. For most Rotax engines, (2) are required to fit into the crankcase. This part is denoted by part 11 in the diagram.
