Steering Mounted Data Bracket

Kart Master aluminum steering mounted data bracket for MyChron 5, Alfano go kart data logger systems. This data bracket mounts to the kart between the standard steering hub and the steering wheel, extending forward to support data logger devices. Available flat or angled, with 0, 10, or 15-degree angles.

These data brackets are recommended for steering wheels that have a 4-spoke pattern that allows for a large opening for the data logger to sit inset into the steering wheel. This can give the kart and data logger a more neat and professional appearance. 

Available Configurations

The Kart Master data bracket is available in 3 primary configurations. These configurations primarily vary due to the angle they form relative to the steering wheel:

-0 Degree (Flat): This configuration does not alter the angle of the existing steering hub, and will sit parallel to the steering wheel. This data bracket is 5mm thick, and available in black or silver gunmetal. 

-10 Degree (angled): This configuration of the data bracket features an angled inclination to the steering wedge component of the bracket. This will raise the front of the steering wheel slightly, and the data logger likely will lie underneath the top surface of the wheel. This steering hub is available in silver gunmetal only. 

-15 Degree (angled): This configuration of the data bracket features an angled inclination to the steering wedge component of the bracket. This will raise the front of the steering wheel significantly, and the data logger will lie underneath the top surface of the wheel. This bracket is available in silver gunmetal only.
