Exhaust Power Valve Spring Tool for Max Evo kart engines. This tool aids in the stretching and installation of the power valve spring for Rotax kart engines.

Each portion of this tool slips together, first the black component that holds the spring, and then the red portion that 'slips' downward to push the spring onto the Max engine bellows.
