Anodized aluminum seat washers - conical for flat-head allen screws. Available in a variety of colors with anodized finish. These are a great accessory to finish off your kart and color match most any chassis component or fastener! Most will utilize these M8 countersunk washers for mounting seats or seat struts.

Available in several anodized colors, each washer comes true to the dimensions below, and are sold individually.

Washer Dimensions

 

M8 x 22mm:  Each washer is milled from aluminum and anodized in a color of your choosing. These washers are great for finished bodywork fasteners, rear axle support bolts, or front steering bolts. **These washers have a slightly curved radius to the outer edge. A washer that has a more straight angled edge is the M8 x 23mm.**

  • The smallest washers available here are intended for M8 conical-head screws, which typically utilize a 6mm allen key.
  • These washers are 22.0mm in outer diameter, and are pre-drilled for M8 conical-head screws.
  • The total height of the washer is 4.0mm.

M8 x 23mm: - This size has been discontinued

    M8 x 33mm: Each washer is milled from aluminum and anodized in several colors. These washers are for most the best option for seat washers! A lower profile over a broader profile than the other M8 washers, these washers feature a broad, sloping profile to the shoulder of the washer.
    • The smallest washers available here are intended for M8 conical-head screws, which typically utilize a 6mm allen key.
    • These washers are 33.0mm in outer diameter, and are pre-drilled for M8 conical-head screws.
    • The total height of the washer is 4.0mm.
