AiM Mychron 6 Steering Wheel

Go Kart Steering Wheel by AiM Technologies, designed to be the perfect wheel for the MyChron 6 Data Logger! Wrapped in suede in red or red/black, this steering wheel is the perfect steering wheel for your racing kart, especially if you want to upgrade to the MyChron 6, or are looking for a fantastic replacement steering wheel or aftermarket upgrade for your ride.

This wheel is 340mm in diameter. Included with the wheel is the MyChron 6 mounting bracket.

Out of the box, AiM got the design right with their steering wheel's dimensions: Each wheel features a curved top and flat bottom, allowing for additional leg clearance for taller drivers or those that like the steering wheel inclined at a higher angle, or closer down towards their torso. 

A strong understanding of the driver's needs with regard to steering wheel shape and fitment has been followed up by a tough and durable design as well. Each AiM steering wheel is made from anodized aluminum, wrapped in chamois-ed leather with intricated stitching to ensure long service life that will give you good steering feel and grip without the material flaking apart or failing prematurely.

AiM's line of kart steering wheels are designed to fit your kart and your MyChron perfectly each time! Depending on your kart model and manufacturer, AiM has accounted for every steering hub design and bolt pattern to make sure the wheel fits right every time - whether a 3-hole pattern or the "OTK" style pattern of 6 bolts. 

Additional Steering Feel and Grip - Nabuk

The team at AiM stepped up even further in the side areas of the steering wheel, integrating another leather product known as Nabuk, which is manufactured using a grinding process to create an enhanced-grip material to increase your control of the kart!

Installation Details

Each steering wheel comes complete, as pictured, along with a MyChron 6 mounting bracket (fits between steering wheel and steering hub on kart). 

A steering hub, hardware, and a data logger mounting bracket are required to fasten the steering wheel to the kart, if a MyChron is to be included on the kart as well.
